The house is very bright and spacious, and is conveniently located 2
blocks east of 101, near IKEA, just off University Avenue. The huge
yard encompasses a beautiful rose garden, a BBQ grill, and ample &
safe parking space.

The spacious living room, 36" SONY Wide-Screen TV with cable
connection, modern kitchen, washer and dryer are all shared, and there
is also high speed Internet access (Camcast Cable) in each room.
The house has 4 bedrooms, of which one is available for rent starting
January 9, 2007 for $550 plus utilities. Each room is furnished with
quality furniture. The other three rooms are occupied by a Stanford
alumnus, a Ph.D. candidate and an undergraduate. The house has a
nice atmosphere of learning and there is even a mini in-house library.
The nice room will be available for rent soon at $550 per month plus
shared utilities. Shared utilities are $50 per person per month.

The ideal renting period is one year. Short-term rental (5 month minimum)
may also be considered.
