The house is very bright and spacious, and is conveniently located 2 blocks east of 101, near IKEA, just off University Avenue. The huge yard encompasses a beautiful rose garden, and ample & safe parking space. The land is of 10,000 square feet in size. It takes 10 minutes to get to the Mountain View Price Club.

The spacious living room, SONY Big-Screen TV with cable connection, kitchen, washer and dryer are all shared, and there is also high speed Internet access (Camcast Cable) in each room. The house has 4 bedrooms, of which two are available for rent starting on

July 15, 2007. The rent is $500 for the regular one and $600 for the master bedroom, plus shared utilities. The two rooms share one complete bath. Each room is very comfortably furnished. The house has a nice atmosphere of learning and there is even a mini in-house library. Shared utilities are $60 per person per month.

The ideal renting period is one year. Short-term rental (6 month minimum) may also be considered.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the house. Pets are NOT allowed in the house.
