$575 (and $625)--Two Nice Rooms for Rent in a Shared Large House

The house is very bright and spacious, and is most conveniently located 2 blocks east of 101, near IKEA, just off University Avenue. The huge yard encompasses a rose garden, and ample & safe parking space. It takes 10 minutes to get to Stanford University, and to the Mountain View Price Club (CostCo).

The spacious living room, 36" SONY Wide-Screen TV with Comcast cable connection, kitchen, washer and dryer are all shared, and there is also high speed Internet access (Camcast Cable) in each room.

The house has 4 bedrooms, of which two are available for rent starting February 15, 2008 for $575 (and $625) plus utilities. Each room is furnished with good furniture. The other two rooms are occupied by a Stanford alumnus, and a Berkeley alumnae. The house has a nice atmosphere of learning and there is a mini in-house library. The nice rooms will be available for rent soon at $575 (and $625) per month plus

shared utilities. Shared utilities are $50 per person per month.

The ideal renting period is one year. Short-term rental (4 month minimum) may also be considered with good references. A contract and deposits are required. Deposits include last month rent and a $250 fully refundable cleaning and security deposit.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the house. Pets are NOT allowed in the house. Large gathering and BBQ events are not encouraged in the house or in the yard.

An ideal housemate is one who is considerate and is willing to share the weekly cleaning, plant watering, and daily postal mail pick-up.
