$600-800 Room in a new, spacious home near campus
I'm a recent Stanford grad (PhD, 2003) and former fellow at the Stanford Humanities Center (2007-2008). I have a new, spacious, fully-furnished home and I'm looking to rent out a room or two (room can be furnished). It's right off of University Ave, close to campus (a bike ride away for the green-conscious, or a short drive up University for the rest of us! :-) ) and right next to IKEA, Home Depot, Starbucks, and tons of restaurants and cafes in downtown. It has wireless, cable TV, backyard/patio/grill, all that good stuff -- in addition to your own room, you would have use of the rest of the house, bathroom, kitchen, family room, etc. Located in University Square.
