The house is very bright and spacious, and is conveniently located 2 blocks east of 101, near IKEA, just off University Avenue. The huge yard encompasses a beautiful rose garden, and ample & safe parking space. The land is of 10,000 square feet in size. It takes about 10 minutes to either get to Stanford campus or get to the Mountain View Price Club.

The spacious living room, SONY Big-Screen TV with cable connection, kitchen, washer and dryer are all shared, and there is also high speed Internet access (Camcast Cable) in each room. The house has 4 bedrooms, of which the master bedroom is available for rent starting on Monday July 30, 2007. The rent is $600, plus shared utilities. The room is very comfortably furnished with Oak or IKEA furniture. The house has a nice atmosphere of learning and there is even a mini in-house library. Shared utilities are $60 per person per month.

The ideal renting period is one year. Short-term rental (6 month minimum) may also be considered.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the house. Pets are NOT allowed in the house.
