Two rooms available in a spacious house, pool in backyard, two cats. Rooms will be two out of the following three (current roommates may shuffle around): one with private full bathroom/separate entrance ($1000/month) and two others with a shared bathroom, hardwood floors, big windows and in-room closets ($650/month and $700/month). Quiet neighborhood. Close to 85 and 280 freeways, about seven minute drive to Stanford.

Roommates are social and outgoing???????one male, two females, mid-twenties, one student and two professionals. This place is ideal if you??????re a friendly, outgoing student or young professional who enjoys meeting new people. Remaining roommates are active, outgoing, and independent but also like a social house and extend invites to things like camping trips, wine tasting, and occasional dinner parties. My friend and I wish we could stay but we're relocating for work and need two tenants to take over the remaining 8 months of the lease. Landlords are cool with you subletting.
