$650 for a room in a 4BR/2BA apartment off University Ave

We have one unfurnished bedroom to rent in our 4BR apartment. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate. The apartment complex is right off University Ave, behind the Four Seasons hotel. It's close to downtown Palo Alto, and very quick access to 101 for easy commuting.

We are three guys, all of us recent Stanford engineering alums who are now working in the area. We tend to be pretty quiet, but we're all very friendly.

The kitchen comes with a fridge, oven, microwave, electric stove, and dishwasher. We have plenty of plates, cups, pots and pans, all that sort of stuff. You're welcome to use any of it, we just ask that you clean up after yourself. We also have plenty of furniture in the living room area (TV, dining table, sofas, etc). The apartment has its own washer/dryer for laundry.

Rent: $650 per month
Utilities: PG&E and Comcast internet, split evenly between the four of us
