The house has a large, solar heated pool, a hot tub and basketball hoop for recreation. It is a short walk to Don Edwards/Coyote Hills hiking trails. Tenant may use the kitchen and laundry. There is extra room in garage for storage. Tenant may park car in driveway or on the quiet street.

Owner has two friendly dogs and works at Stanford. The location of the house is 13 miles from Stanford on the east bay right next to the Dumbarton Bridge.
