$650 Rooms in Mountain View apt (near San Antonio Shopping Center)

The apartment is in a great location -- 10 minutes' walk to bus stops (and the free Marguerite Shopping Express), WholeFoods, and the stores of San Antonio Shopping Center.

In the apt there are two master bedrooms and two smaller rooms which share one bathroom. One small bedroom is available from mid July, and the other will be available on 9 Aug.

About the folks living here: Two male professionals working for companies in Mountain View (one of them will move out of California in early Aug), and one female Stanford grad student.

We are quiet and friendly people looking for non-smoking and responsible housemates, preferably people who can sign a long-term lease (1 year). We don't need the new rommates to be quiet too but prefer people who would not have noisy parties at home frequently. A rental application approved by the apt management is necessary. And, no pets, sorry.

The rent -- $650 for each room -- doesn't include utilities. Monthly utilities for each person would be around $100 in winter and $50-60 in other seasons.
