$670/month - Room in beautiful Avalon Silicon Valley!

Available room for rent in a luxury, gated community!

Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and an upstairs loft. I am looking for someone (preferably female) to take over the loft. The loft room is on its own floor and is very spacious. Although the loft room has no door, it is very secluded and no one can see the room from downstairs. You will have your own private stairs to the loft. The loft room has two big windows overlooking gorgeous landscaping and the pool. The room also has its own hallway. The room is a great deal because normally each room in Avalon Silicon Valley is double the cost! You will be sharing the apartment with two nice and considerate girls (they are awesome!).

Our apartment is very big and includes a small balcony and fireplace. It is well equipped with washer, dryer, kitchenware, and common area furniture (sofa, dining table, etc). The apartment complex is called Avalon Silicon Valley. It is a very reputable and safe apartment complex. Avalon takes very good care of its residents and on its online portal, you can pay your bill and file fix it requests. For the online fix it requests, someone will come to fix your requests within a day, or you get one day of free rent!

For Avalon amenities, there are two heated outdoor swimming pools, two hot tubs, jacuzzi/sauna/spa, a large 24-hour gym with yoga room and fitness classes, a clubhouse with three huge flatscreen TVs that you can rent for events, and outdoor BBQ pits. There is also a mini-market, a business center, a dry cleaner, a playground and a sports court. The area is very safe, and it is right off of 101. The apartment complex is very close to El Camino which has great restaurants and shops. The rent is just $670/month. Utilities (gas, electricity, water, and internet) and renters insurance will be approximately a total of $40-$60/person/month. To chip in for the common area furniture (sofa and dining table), we ask that you pay $130 to the person who you will be replacing, and if you move out, you can ask the person replacing you to pay you for a portion of that cost. There is also a deposit of $250/person. You will be writing the person you will be replacing the check for the deposit, and ask the same from your replacement when you move out.

We are looking for someone to move in by Aug 1, as that is when I will be moving out. I can accommodate an earlier move-in, if desired. If you are interested, please email me and include your phone number to set up a time and see our place.
