We have a 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment in palo alto available Jan 1. Rent is 675 a month (utilities like cable, wireless etc run about 70 a month) and we are looking this week. both occupants are male, part of the stanford community, in their late 20's, early 30's, and are chill and relaxed. Pets and Smoking not allowed per lease agreement. There is covered parking, we are in walking distance of Cal Ave Cal Train and mid town shopping plaza!
