Looking for a new tenant for the furnished (loft style) 4th bedroom in my large, two-story home. My current tenant found campus housing and had to vacate. Please note this room is only available for single occupancy. It has a single bed, two chairs, a closet, and desk. The bathroom is shared with my teen son.
The rent is $685/month which includes full privileges of washer/dryer, kitchen and backyard pool. There is room in the driveway for parking. Stanford postdocs or grad students are welcome! A quiet female is preferred and I would enjoy somebody international. Would like somebody long-term, with at least a 3 month commitment.
My home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood adjacent to Don Edward walking trails near the East side of the Dumbarton Bridge. There is public transportation to Stanford but it is preferable for you to have a car. The house is 11 miles from the Stanford campus. I am a single mother of teens and I also have two friendly dogs.
