The room available is a single bedroom in a 5 bedroom home in Redwood City. It shares a bathroom with two females. The room available is large with two closets.
Available for move-in July 1 with a year-long lease.
Floors in all throughout the house and in the bedrooms are hardwood. The kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, a dishwasher, and a gas stove.There is also a washer and dryer in the house.
There is a large backyard with a shed that can be used for storage and a laundry room as well.
We are looking for someone who is dog friendly because there will be a 6 yr old yellow lab/border collie living with us.
Rent is $690/month not including utilities. There is also a security deposit of $720.
About us:
The roommates in the other 4 bedrooms are all female, mid-20s, alumns of Stanford, Davis, or Irvine. We all work in the Penninsula area. We're sociable people, but respect each other's privacy.
