This Redwood City house is located in the heart of Silicon Valley-- a quick drive to all the major tech companies and nicely positioned a bit northern in the Valley so that access to San Francisco is much easier (than, say, a house in Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara or San Jose). Get to SF easily up the 101 or 280 by car (30 minutes) or by Caltrain (30 mins). The neighborhood is residential and very safe. Restaurants, shops, movies, activities, are in Redwood City, itself, as well as nearby Menlo Park, Palo Alto, etc. We are renting the full house, which includes 7 rooms; all rooms are generally the same size. House comes fully furnished, including all bedrooms, common rooms and kitchen (note: cheesy horse statue in the video is no longer in the house). Backyard includes lawn furniture and a hot tub. No pets allowed.
