We are a couple renting out a bedroom in our home in East Palo Alto from August 2nd-September 10th.
Here's some information about the house:
- $70/night for a stay shorter than 2 weeks (if you need a longer stay, we can negotiate on duration and price)
- The room is furnished (bed, closet, desk, chair, lamp and other lighting,..)
- the house was recently remodeled and has large outdoor garden space you can use as well
- living room and kitchen would be shared, however you would have exclusive access to your own bathroom
- access to washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances
- 1 parking spot + street parking available
- very easy access to 101; 12 minute bike ride to downtown Palo Alto and 15-20 to campus; 20 minute drive to SFO or SJC
- we are a laid back and clean couple and would expect you to keep the common spaces clean as well
