One room available April 1 in a lovely 3-bedroom, 2 bath apartment (with patio), walking distance to California Ave, Caltrain, shops, restaurants, Sunday farmer's market, close bike ride to Stanford campus. The apartment includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer on site. one shared carport, ample street parking

Current roommates: two friendly ladies, mid-late 20's with busy schedules!

Looking for someone nice and respectful who enjoys sharing a common living space. Prefer ladies but will consider guys (guys, only respond to this post if you are reasonably clean and have lived with girls before...thanks). Minimum 1 year stay. Shared utilities, ~70-100/month
