$700 Nice room at Downtown Palo Alto for rent.Female only.

I am a graduate student at Stanford and living in this nice cozy house at Downtown Palo Alto. I am posting this housing information for my dearest landlord Don for this one room that will be available in the first week of April.

This house is located at 176 Cowper St., which is 15 minutes walk to Cal train station, 10 minutes bike ride/5 minutes drive to campus. FEMALE ONLY, because you will share the bathroom with me. I am a very clean and friendly person, and this house is at this super quiet and nice neighborhood. You will have access to the living room, the backyard (with a big lemon tree), and the kitchen. There is central heater in the house, so it is always warm during these freezing nights at Palo Alto. The rent is $700 per month including all the utilities, which is very reasonable regarding the convenience of living here within walking distance to downtown Palo Alto. ( Seriously, three blocks away from University Ave.) There are several other people living in the same house (Yes it is a big house), but you will have your own entrance to your room from the backyard, so it actually does not matter.

Btw, I am graduating in June, so my room will be available pretty soon as well. So if you are thinking about a place to stay starting at the summer quarter, you can wait till my room is available with the same price!

Sorry I do not have pictures, but you can definitely come at anytime to take a look. It is just so close to the campus!!
