Looking to sublet out a room in east Menlo Park! Very close to the highway and a short 15-min drive from the downtown Menlo Park Caltrain station or downtown Palo Alto. Located in a safe neighborhood with families and recent college alumni.

THE ROOM: The room is a pretty large room and is fully furnished, with a queen bed, a wardrobe, two dressers, a bookshelf and plenty of walking space. Room has great natural lighting/windows with two doors leading to the backyard and one sliding door to the rest of the house. Very quiet at night with curtains for extra shade.

THE HOUSE: The house used to be two separate duplexes joined into one house. There are two main shared living room spaces, 1 large kitchen, 1 mini-kitchenette, 7 bedrooms and 3 shared bathrooms.

THE HOUSEMATES: There are 7 housemates living in the house, all recent Stanford alumni and all with their own separate rooms (sounds crowded, but plenty of space). Very chill group with ample privacy and differing schedules. Can hang out casually on weeknights or weekends in the shared living room spaces if desired, but is overall a very chill, friendly household.

AVAILABILITY: Room available starting September 2-indefinitely (at least 1 month but longer preferred). Month-to-month contract. Rent is $737 + shared utilities per month (approx $50-70 per person) and can be pro-rated according to your move-in date.
