$745/month-1 BR (Female)- 18 Aug to18 Sept- Stanford High Rises!

Greetings!

I am interning in Houston over the summer and therefore intend to sublet my bedroom to a female Stanford affiliate (visiting student (grad level), researcher, internee, employee, non-Stanford undergrad of 22+ age etc). Following are the details-

1- The apartment has 2 bedrooms, Kitchen and 1 restroom. It is an EV high-rise (efficiency apartment). The apartment comes fully furnished!
2- Laundry, access to studios computer clusters, telephone, high speed internet etc are included in the rent.
3- House rent is $745/month. $20 will be charged once for residency and communication fee by Stanford for your entire stay.
4- $200 security deposit is required, which you will be duly returned if you all things are intact, which I am sure they will :)
The room is available from 18 August to 18 September, 2014.
