A furnished shared large room available for the rent in Palo Alto from May 24th onward. Both short- and long-term are welcomed. Current Stanford affiliates and/or recent grads preferred. Need to share the washroom and fully furnished kitchen.

A 24 hrs covered reserved car parking spot is available for the new roommate.

Mattress, bed table, personal refrigerator, microwave etc. are provided. The rent will be $30/day (or $750/month) + $50 utilities + internet, electricity and consumables. A reserved car parking is available to purchase month to month basis.

Coin operated on-site laundry, central heating, high speed internet, gated community with swimming pool and 24 hrs security.

Address: 55 Newell Road, Palo Alto. West to 101, bike able distance ~2 mile from Palo Alto cal train station and Stanford university main quad.

Free shuttle service to Palo Alto cal train station and Stanford University.
