We're a young student couple living in a cozy house near Downtown Palo Alto (441 Addison Ave.). We have a spare room, available immediately until early August.

We would prefer a female occupant.

The house has hardwood floors with free laundry, and is located in a beautiful neighborhood, a few minutes walk from downtown.
