The room also has a large walk in closet! Spacious PRIVATE bathroom with bathtub. Large windows with ample light. If monthly, rent is only $1800/month plus utilities & maid cleaning split of about $80-$100/month. If weekly, rent is $525/week, or $100/night. Room deposit required that would be returned when you move out. Much nicer and cheaper accommodations than alternatives in the area (e.g. high end motels like Coronet or Zen Hotel)
About us:
I'm a Stanford Business School grad working at a big data startup and our other housemate is a Business School classmate working with several startups. We're cool to hang with - very relaxed and chill, don't have pets, don’t do drugs, smoke, nor overindulge in alcohol. We also respect each other's privacy, don't have rambunctious parties at home, and keep all our common areas clean and tidy. The apartment has a spacious living and dining room that gets lots of natural sunlight and has a washer and dryer in unit. There's also a swimming pool and hot jacuzzi in the apartment complex.
