$800 female only shared studio in 94022 walk to research park(Tesla,VM

If you work for a company in the research park like Tesla, VMware, SAP, etc , the location of the housing will be just right for you.

You will share the studio with me, a Chinese female student in early 20s.

No current or past S affiliation required.

Only requirement will be being respective and tidy.

No smoke, drug, drama......overnight guest.

No discrimination but since I am straight, male who describes himself female won't count.

Available for physical visit and move in since Aug.22nd ( starting from 25th would be great cause I will have time to show you around and get a bunk together) .

At least 3 month length.(You may prolong with my nice Chinese landlord.)
