ROOM DETAILS
We have a spacious one bedroom available for rent in our home. Private entrance, fully furnished with queen bed, dressers, closet and own bathroom. There is a swimming pool in the back yard with a large deck/tanning area that you can use anytime. Also includes use of the kitchen and washer and dryer. All utilities (gas, water, garbage, internet-25MBPs, Tv) included.

Absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed.

LOCATION
Hudson St. at James St. in Redwood City - Mount Carmel neighborhood
Nice, safe, quiet neighborhood
Easy access to HWY 101 and 280, walking distance to Cal Train and downtown Redwood City; 15 minutes from Stanford.

TERMS
$800 per month.
5 nights maximum per week. Dates are flexible (eg, Sunday night to Friday morning, or Monday night to Saturday morning, etc).
Month to month agreement, 30 day notice required to move out.
First + $500 deposit to move in.
