$800 Large master bedroom (15x10) w/ priv bath, balcony (menlo park)

We are renting out our master bedroom in our 3bdr 2bth apartment.

The room:
15 x 10 ft, carpeted room, large closet with mirrored doors, private bath with tub & shower and private balcony. Close to 101, Stanford, Downtown Palo Alto.
Access to fully equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher, laundry room, sundeck & pool. Guests and overnights are okay but we cannot have pets.

Future roommate:
Ideally you are around our age, busy with work or school but also would like to grab dinner or something with us on occasion. We expect you to clean up after yourself like we do. You can be male or female ??????

The roommates:
We are two female students from Europe in our mid to late twenties. We both study a lot and work fulltime but also enjoy to grab a drink downtown. We are open-minded and respect each other??????s privacy.

Rent:
The room is $800 including water, sewage and garbage. On top of the utilities is include wifi internet and PG&E ($20 - $ 40). Rent can be month to month, starting January 1st. $500 deposit refundable when you move out.
