The house is located in a nice residential Palo Alto neighborhood about a 15-20 minute bike ride to Stanford and conveniently close to 101 and Embarcadero. The roommates- 4 males and 1 female- are great, a relaxed and friendly group. The house itself is an Eichler style house with many niceties such as a BBQ, pool table, hot tub, widescreen TV and spacious kitchen. I've been living in the bay area for 2 years and this is a really nice house especially for the amount of rent you will be paying.
