I have a very beautiful 2-floor townhouse apartment Private bedroom with separate bath available in 2 bed/1.5 bath apartment in Daly City. Its a townhome style in apartment (2 floor) with private patio. Sample pictures and floor plan pics included. There is spacing in between the two rooms. There is plenty parking on streets, its on the first floor with staircase entrance (nothing above it) in a quiet, green residential area.

Rent $800 (prorated for 20 days until Jan 4 at 1200/month for room). Apartment Room with separate Bath (Daly City) [be the first one to move in my newly signed lease]. Rent will be price above + utilities separate to be split per usage (Internet + Electric Sewer+Gas+Trash+Water). To commitment - one month refundable deposit is required, so your initial moving cost would be
800 (adv. rent) + $1200 (dep) = $2000. Deposit is refundable based on returning the house in similar condition as given.
From Jan 5th - Feb 2
You can keep for a month entire house at $2160 (Prorated from Jan 5th - Feb2 at $2400/month for entire house).
Rent will be price above + utilities separate to be split per usage (Internet+Electric Sewer+Gas+Trash+Water).
For commitment - One month refundable deposit is required, so your initial moving cost would be 2160(adv rent)+$2400(dep) = $4560. Deposit is refundable based on returning the house in similar condition as given.
If you need it further, I can only possibly extend only one room from Feb 3- Feb 15 I can possibly extend it for 1 room (will prorate for 13 days @1200/month rate) since I would return on Feb 3. Rent will be price above + utilities separate to be split per usage (Internet+Electric Sewer+Gas+Trash+Water). For commitment - One month refundable deposit is required, so your initial moving cost would be advance rent + 1 month deposit. Deposit is refundable based on returning the house in similar condition as given.
Myself: Straight male in late 20s, easy going, no nonsense fun loving guy, work at a reputed Fortune 500 co with stable income. Happy to provide more details upon discussion.

Dishwasher, Stove, Refrigerator, Heating tech, Mirrored Closet Doors in Room, Private Patio, Ceiling Fan in Living Area, Breakfast Bars, Good storage, Unfurnished on move-in (I may plan to do basic furnishing in last week of Dec. once I move-in, pricing above is for unfurnished unit as it comes). I can look into basic furnishing options if you absolutely need (bed, table) at some additional price.
Who I'm looking to sublet this place...straight male (May consider a couple also depending on your situation with appropriate higher pricing) Non-Smoker (outside smoking is fine), no drugs, and no pets
No frequent overnight guests
Vegetarian preferred (prefer non veg inside house please, outside its ofcourse your choice)
A no-nonsense roommate is must
