About the house -- sunny and spacious - the covered area is about 1800sq. ft with a really large living room that has a vaulted ceiling (perfect for large gathering or parties), separate dining room, large open kitchen with an open counter and a TV room. The covered garage has space for 2 cars (parallel) and plenty of storage space. The house is well furnished with a large TV, futon, leather couches, lounge chairs and the like. The backyard has a nice garden with orange and lemon trees. The house has the usual amenities - Washer/Dryer (free), Gas, Dishwasher, Microwave and a Fridge.
The location is great, a quiet and safe neighborhood, with the luxury of a house and easy access to the I-85, Mountain View & Sunnyvale downtowns.

This is a really nice place and I have been living here for 2 years, but am relocating soon. I love the house and the people I live with -- very friendly and considerate. Both are engineers in their mid 20's. They are clean and responsible with the house. They like to go out and sometimes have friends over, but make sure not to disturb others.
