Beautiful room available Sept 1st in a 3-bedroom apartment in Brookline. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a house on picturesque Naples Road and very convenient to public transportation. Two B line stops, Babcock Street and Packard’s Corner, are a 5-minute walk and the C line Coolidge Corner stop is a 15-minute walk.

Roommates are two F working professionals in their mid/late-20s. One roommate is also in graduate school. We both work mostly from the office/school. The apartment environment is very relaxed, with everyone doing their own thing and contributing to the cleaning and purchasing of shared goods as needed. We treat our home like a sanctuary and generally limit the frequency of overnight guests.

The rent is very affordable for such a great space and utilities average $50-$160 per month depending on A/C and heat costs. The bedroom is unfurnished and has one closet.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets per the landlord’s request. We are looking for a non-smoker. Please note that there is no laundry in the unit but there are multiple laundromats within a mile of the apartment.

The lease term is 12 months. Female graduate students or working professionals are welcome to apply. The landlord may ask that students have a cosigner.
