$825 Room for rent very close to Stanford

I am moving out of my room, which is in a house with 3 other Stanford students on Stanford Ave in Palo Alto. We live in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house, with a 4th bedroom in the garage. The available room is in the house. It has a big closet and two windows which give nice lighting in the afternoons. The room is not furnished but I am willing to sell you my queen-sized mattress, box spring, and bookshelf for $100. Your roommates would be two guys and one girl, all Stanford students/graduates, and they are easygoing, fun people.

Rent is 825 per month, and the house is in a really wonderful location near California Street, a short walk to the California street caltrain station and farmer's market, and about a 10-minute bike ride to Stanford campus. We have a big backyard with a couple of fruit trees, a living room with a fireplace, and a big kitchen, washer, dryer, internet, etc. The room is available through mid-July 2009.
