It is a fully furnished apartment. I will be out of town from June 18 to July 31, so I'm subrenting my room. It would be ideal if you can sublet my room from June 18 to July 31, but I'm pretty flexible. I'm living with two other female apartmentmates, and they are very clean, quiet and friendly. They are barely at home. The apartment has three bedrooms and one of my apartment mates and I are sharing one of two bathrooms.

The address is 696 Alberta Ave, Sunnyvale, CA. Conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, markets and public transportation. The laundry is in the apartment unit which is like 25 feet away. All utilities and services are connected, including high speed internet and TV.

Monthly payments are $835/month (or $27/day) including everything such internet & TV fees, utilities, etc.
