Hi, I am moving out of my bedroom suite in my Sunnyvale townhouse. I currently pay $850 a month for rent and that includes water, garbage and a parking spot in our private garage. I'm leaving two roommates behind. Two Stanford '07 grads who work in the area. Everyone kind of does their own thing so the environment is very laid back. They're looking for another Stanford student/grad to share the townhouse with. I'm looking for someone who can move in in August and is willing to commit to a one-year lease. (Credit check, etc. is required by our landlord)
