$850 Clean, dog-friendly female roommate wanted

My roommate is leaving for graduate school in the fall, and I'm looking for someone to co-sign the apt with me in July/August. The apt is 2.5 miles from campus, and an $8 cab ride from University Avenue. Our neighbors seem pretty nice from what we've seen, and I like to think that I'm pretty laid back. I graduated last summer, and I plan to work on campus through next year. Stanford alumna or student preferred. The roommate MUST be clean in the common areas, and she must be okay with a furry, friendly, mellow dog that usually sleeps under the table. The common area is furnished, and the shower pressure is awesome. There is a dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. You'd need to furnish your room, although you could possibly buy furniture from my current roommate.

The $850 includes rent and all utilities, including HD TV, a DVR, and internet. I'm not looking for any formal process, but we'd of course need to meet at the apartment to make sure it's a fit.
