We have 1 unfurnished room opening up in our cozy but older 3 bed/2 bath apartment starting March 1st (earlier move in date possible) for $850!

Located near Fair Oaks and Olive. Safe walkable neighborhood.

Security Deposit is $800 and utilities range from $10-$50/month per person (for electricity and heat). Water, Trash, and Wifi are included.

Large bedroom fits queen bed, dresser, bookshelf, etc with plenty of space left over. Includes full sliding door closet with multiple shelves. You would share a bathroom with one other person.

Full kitchen, dining room, and living room available for use and already furnished. Detached coin operated laundry is $1.75 to wash and dry a big load.

Street parking is easily available if you have a car. Several grocery/restaurants/retail stores within walkable distance (~15 min walk). 20 min walk to Murphy St/Caltrain station.

No pets. No smoking.

About the roommates:

Two working female professionals in their mid-20's looking for a clean, responsible, and sociable person who has their own life and hobbies but would enjoy participating in activities together (ie dinner parties, board game nights, hikes, etc) and wouldn't mind interacting with our friends/guests.

Some of our hobbies include: cooking/eating, outdoor activities/fitness, coffee, reading, travel, art, and woodworking.

We would prefer someone long term or willing to sign a year lease.
