$850 to share a 2BR/2Bath spacious apartment in Mountain View, Aug.1

We are a young couple of Stanford professional and we would like to share a 2BR/2Bath apartment available from August 1st. We have lived here for a year, and this place is awesome! The complex is quite new and it’s located next to the beautiful and quiet Mountain View downtown.
The address is 1945 Mount Vernon Ct, Mountain View. It is 5 minutes to downtown, Caltrain station, 15 minutes to Stanford. The complex sits in a quiet residential area and just next to the elementary school.
The apartment is 1250 sq ft, very spacious and clean. The complex has an on-site laundry room and a swimming pool, two tennis courts. There are two parking spaces for each apartment, one covered and one without cover. The room for rent is unfurnished with a private bathroom. The current rent for the apartment is $1800 in total (month-to-month). You are responsible to $850/month plus half of the utility (electricity, internet/TV).
We used to share the apartment with another Stanford student. He will move out at the end of July for relocation. We like this place very much and we don’t want to move out. So we are looking for someone who can share the apartment with us. We would prefer students or professionals from Stanford and someone who can stay long term (better 1-yr lease).
