$885 Great Room in Wonderfully Located Victorian (alamo square / nopa)

We are looking for a clean, responsible, employed (9-5), friendly and fun roommate. We would like it if you were not just our roommate but someone to hang out with. We definitely want you to be proactively clean because we have found that sending out emails about the dishes is not only annoying but futile.

About the flat and (potentially) your room: It is a five bedroom Victorian flat with a large living room and kitchen. There is a washer and dryer on-site ($2) and we have access to a small backyard complete with a plastic children's playhouse. We have wireless internet and tv and you will be expected to share the cost of cable and PG&E, which in total comes out to about $26/month per person. We are very conveniently located so that you can walk or take the bus to anything you might need. Your room is about 11' x 14' and has lovely bay windows and hardwood floors. There is no built-in closet but we will supply an armoire. There is also a fireplace! Not that you can use it. But it looks nice. The room is available Nov.16th (you would pay half months rent).

About the 4 of us who live here: L works for Google and has a penchant for cute puppies. Fortunately for her, we live next to Alamo Square where many dogs roam free. J is from Wisconsin, as anyone can tell from his stunning collection of flannel shirts, and does research for the mobile industry by day while conquering the Castro by night (or late afternoon). S works for a branding company, is never without her blackberry and/or boy toy, and is generally considered a hot mess. G works for DreamWorks Animation and is probably thought of as the downer of the house because of her preference for a clean kitchen, bathroom and living room and the fact that she works the graveyard shift. We make a beautiful family. Most evenings during the week you can find several of us in the living room "watching" trashy tv (subject to one's own preference) and unwinding from work (or winding up for work for G). Weekends are an entirely different matter.
