We are looking to sublet one room in a house with 5 Stanford Grad Students. The room will be available from December 12 and our current lease runs till August with the option of extension. We can consider people looking for housing for shorter periods too but nothing less than 3 months. The house is biking distance from Stanford University ~3 miles.

The room is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with two others. The house has a pool, two living rooms, spacious kitchen, ample parking, pool table and chilled out housemates. All the other tenants are guys. The rent is $890/month and room is available furnished or unfurnished as per your need.
