$900-1000 - Sublet room within a 3bhk in Mt View

I stay with 2 other Stanford graduates in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Mt. View. The place is very comfortable and very spacious (including 2 balconies and a back porch) and both my roommates are incredibly wonderful and fun. We signed the lease in October '13 and it is valid for a year but unfortunately I have to move to London and therefore looking for someone to sublet my room to.

Gender and sexual orientation are no constraints. My roommates are male and heterosexual and I myself am female and gay. They are both hard working guys, relatively neat, very very considerate and extremely fun. They like to play tennis and golf over the weekend and have fake snowball fights any time of the day or night. We often get together to cook on Sunday's and play games on week nights. It is the ideal living situation with both plenty of personal space and good company when you need it. You will share a bathroom with one of the guys.

The lease is valid till October '14 and your share of the rent will be $900-1000 (plus maintenance), which is a steal considering the space and location. (There is washer/dryer within the unit, full working kitchen, 2.5 bath and 2 car parkings, of which one is free). We are looking for someone to move in on or after 20th January but definitely before end of January. Hit me up asap if you are interested and I can share more details.
