$900/1br - 400ft² - Subletting room in awesome 7bdr/6bath 8/21 - 9/13

Hi everybody,

I'm subletting my room for the time I'll be back in Berlin, Germany. It comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, night stands, couch, wardrobe, office desk+chair, TV, high-speed internet.
It's the second largest room in the 7bedroom/6.5bathroom mansion and comes with this huge glas window front on one side that allows the sun to light up the room beautifully.
The bathroom is shared and you will have the guest bathroom for yourself (toilet).

The house itself is gorgeous, located in Atherton, pretty secluded from any main street, however easily accesible. It takes 12min by bike for me everyday on my way to Stanford campus. Redwood City also only a 15min bike ride away.

We're a pretty cool and international mix of different people coming from different spots of the world. Ph.D. students or postdocs from Stanford, or people working in the startup biz!

Every common areas and of course the huge kitchen is shared and can be used as you like. The big patio area is also a hot spot in this house will invite you to relax and recharge.

I'm gonna be in Berlin from the 21st of August until the 13th of September and would like to sublet my room for that time. I'm asking for the percentage of the rent I will be gone which is below market considering the location, house features and furnishings.
