$900 - 2 rooms in sweet Redwood City house

Hello! We're 2 Stanford grads working in the area and some of our earlier roommate plans fell through. We're looking for 2 other fun and outgoing roommates to join us in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house in Redwood City. We're both into hiking, biking, lacrosse, and other athletic stuff outside.

There are two rooms available, each ~140 square feet, and they're $900 and $950. The more expensive one has a large closet and is slightly larger, but the cheaper one is right next to its own half bath.

We're looking for like-minded laid back people who will join us out for drinks or for barbecues with friends by the pool (oh yeah, there's a pool and a hot tub).

The house is pretty big (~1600 square feet), has a relatively new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, includes lots of closet space, a washer / dryer, pool / hot tub, and a large garage.
