• Only 1 Bathroom that is shared between 3 of us
• Large Living Room/ Brand New Remodel Kitchen is all shared (Top of the line appliances)
• Brand New In house Washer/ Dryer available
• Sorry, but pets are not allowed and neither is SMOKING.
  -Downstairs of the house is a in law suite and is occupied by a couple. ( We have separate entrances to the house)
  -As you can see in the pictures; room is furnished right now but we can remove the table&bed from the room.

And the surrounding neighborhood:

• Close to laundromat, restaurants, and grocery stores
• Easy transportation access, including Samtrans, and Colma BART Station
  -5 minute drive to San Fracancisco/San Francisco State University and easy access to Hwy 35 and I-280
• Ample street parking available (there will be no parking available on the driveway or garage)

ABOUT US:

The house is currently occupied by 1 Girl and 1 Guy in their mid 20's. We are both working professionals. We are hard working people, but we also LOVE to have fun! We are very welcoming and would appreciate a housemate with an outgoing personality but also have respect for privacy and space. The occasional stress-free, kick-back, get drunk nights are always encouraged! Lastly, Overnight guests are welcome every once in awhile; but please be courteous and tend to them, meaning DO NOT leave them here when you're gone!

First and Last month's rent and security deposit of $500 to move in.

We can do a 6 Month or 1 Year Lease and 30 days notice for moving out is required.
