I have two rooms free in this great 3-bedroom townhome in Mountain View. It is in a housing development and you will have access to the pool and a hot tub. Dates are VERY flexible, we can do a yearly lease, or a 3-month lease (rent negotiable)

- Close to 101, 85, 237, El Camino.
- 20 minutes from Stanford.
- Very close to a Light-Rail station, allowing transfers to Caltrain, which makes this a good choice for commuters
Rent / Details:
- Start date: January 1st or later.
- Flexible - around $900/month including utilities assuming no kitchen use
- Minimal kitchen use - good for cooking for yourself, not good for dinner parties (perfect if, like me, your work provides dinner)
- No smoking indoors - but surrounding area is very safe for walks at all hours
- The common areas, while spacious, doesn't really support large gatherings
Room:
- You will be renting one or two (almost identical) bedrooms that share a common bathroom in the hall (pictured). They are a little larger than the average Stanford bedroom.
-The rooms are currently furnished with a full-sized bed and a queen-sized bed.
About me:
- I'm a Stanford Electrical Engineering alumni who graduated a few years ago.
- I work at a technology company in the area, and so I'm rarely at home.
- When I am home, I love to cook and invite friends over for board games or video games.
- Actually, my partner and I are really into board games.

- Willing to provide references (mutual friends from Stanford would do)
- Responsible (i.e: pay rent on time... etc)
