$900/month, large bedroom in townhouse near shopping center from Sep15

It is a two bed room apartment (townhouse) located in Fayette Dr, very close to San Antonio shopping center. You will have the large bedroom by yourself. The other two roommates are visiting scholar and postdoctor in Stanford coming from China. They are respectful, neat and easy to get along with.

The apartment is very close to the shopping center. It is very convenient to get to Stanford campus with free shuttle bus (SE-line). Also, you can get to campus by bicycle. The apartment is furnished. Brand new mattress set, desk and chair, dining tables and so on are purchased from IKEA six month ago. These including cooking utensils will all be available for your use.

Rent is $900 per month, including all utilities and wireless internet. Security Deposit is $400.

As a rule of renting an apartment, you must fill out the application for apartment and sign the lease and rules document before you move in.
