$900 Room with private bathroom 1 year lease (mountain view)

Hi we have a room in our apartment for rent available immediately. The apartment is conveniently located near HW101, 85, and 237. It's less than 3 minute walk away from Mountain View Costco and there are supermarkets within 5 minute drive. The apartment is fully furnished except the room that we are renting out. You get your own private bathroom inside the room. I think the nicest thing about our apartment is that there's a small laundry room inside so you don't have to take your clothes out or worry about sharing the washing and drying machines with a lot of other people (just two). There is one indoor garage that comes with every unit but also plenty of uncovered and street parking. The current rent is $1795 per month not including utilities and we are thinking about renting it out for $950 with the garage or $900 without the garage, but this is still negotiable if we find you suitable. Utilities are not included.

Ideal roommate will be:
Quiet, clean and responsible
Clean up after yourself (i.e. we cook about 4 times a week max so if you plan to use it more often please do not leave a mess around)
Not bring guests often (we are not anti-social but we do consider this to be a place to relax but not a place to throw parties every weekend. It's ok to have friends over but no parties please.)
Not have over-night guests
Have a regular job or/and go to school

A little bit about ourselves: we are a couple, the girl is working full time in a biotech company nearby and part time student and the boy is a full time graduate student at Stanford. So we are usually not home during the day on weekdays.
