Hello potential housemate, we are excited to meet you!

We are looking for 1-2 long-term roommates to fill a pair of rooms in our gorgeous 4-bedroom home!

We are friendly professionals (two men, one woman) in our mid 20's working in the general area. One of us works at a tech company in Palo Alto, and two of us are a couple (one works at Stanford, one is working on her own startup). We are looking for a friendly, considerate long-term (~1 year) housemate of any gender. The room(s) will be available starting September 19th.

This house is conveniently located right across the Dumbarton bridge in a new, family-centric East Palo Alto neighborhood. Easy access to Highway 101. 20-25 drive min to SFO or SJC. 10 minute drive to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford, etc.

*Driveway + ample street parking. No street parking restrictions.

Rent is $925 for the 10x8 room and $1150 for the 10x 15 room plus utilities ($50-60/mo). Room will be unfurnished, but we are ~1 mile from an IKEA, Target, and Home Depot.
