Hi! We are looking for a fourth housemate to join our house 1.9 miles from campus in College Terrace area. It's a nice house with a yard and a hot tub, in a great location with friendly roommates (mix of professionals and grad students) and a loving dog. We are looking for someone a lot like us -- someone in their late 20's/early 30's who likes the outdoors and is respectful, clean, financially stable, and fun.
