Monthly rent is $948 plus utilities (previously around $100 in the summer). The security deposit is $1,000. The deposit secures the room. The full rent is due upon move-in. Added benefit: I'll pay savings interest on your deposit!
I am renting the house with four friends, all of us are grad students. Some, but not all of us, will live in the house over the summer.
