Room for rent with shared full bathroom. This is a two story 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house with newly remodeled ecofriendly kitchen. We recycle, conserve water and are looking for a roomate that will do the same. We have a large, zero-low VOC kitchen remodel, large living room with three sided fireplace. Large backyard with vegetable garden, willing to share harvest for someone who wants to help with the garden and help set up a compost and or drip system for watering.

Looking for a roommate that is willing to share community space chores and split the water bill between the 4 of us. If you don't conserve water you will pay more of the bill. A little bit about us: The roommates you would share a bathroom with are both 25 y/o female professionals, clean, tidy, and awesome!. I am an EMT for a local Ambulance, I teach Wilderness Medicine around the world and I am a professional Rock Climbing Instructor. I'm often gone for a month at a time. Two of us are students and we are all very busy.

Off-Street parking available and laundry washer and dryer in the garage.

We have two cats, Skittles and Ed, we can't add anymore pets...sorry.

No smoking, no 420, guests are fine but no excessive parties. BBQ in backyard with fire pit is great for having friends over. Garage with pool table and dart board that will be cleaned out when the kitchen remodel is complete.

Community pool and club house on property, great park in walking distance. One exit from Santana row, one block from Hwy 280, near Hwy 17, one bus away from SJSU, West Valley College, De Anza College and San Jose City College. Walking distance to two awesome coffee shops! 8 minute drive/20 minute bike ride to Apple Headquarters, 18minute drive to google, 25 minute drive to Facebook.

Current roommate is moving out after 8 months to move out of the state with family. Current roommate is in the process of moving stuff out but room is available to show.

-shared washer dryer in the garage no additional charge

-water to be split 4 ways, bill comes every other month usually about $50/person e/o month
-occasional friends over is ok but nothing too excessive.

Must:
be gay friendly
not smoke or drink heavy
not have drugs in room or on property
not be allergic to cats
not have pets - we have enough :)
have work and rent references for a minimum of 2 years.
