We are renting a room in our 3 bed/2 bath house.

Location
~10 minute bikeride to the Redwood City Caltrain
~30 minute bikeride to Stanford campus/15 min drive
~5 minute walk to Safeway
~30 minute walk to downtown Redwood City

Housemates:

• working professionals/grad student
• you'd be sharing the bathroom with 1 male
• 2 older chill dogs

House: fully furnished kitchen/dining room/living room (room not furnished), W/D, dishwasher, 2car garage, street parking, driveway parking, lots of parking, deck/grill/hammock, orange trees
Rent: $960 + utilities (water/trash, gas/electric, internet)
