a bike at low price

I have an extra bike that is good for a person who is not very tall. I didn't use it for more than a year, so it is a bit rusty. I'm willing to sell it at a low price because the person who buys it might need to lube the chains and get new handle grips (alternatively, you could use plastic wrap to cover the grips so that your hands don't get dirty). It comes with a U-lock and a bike bag.
